How long does it take for you to complete my order?
The Short Story: Timing can vary based on complexity, but most orders are completed within 2-3 weeks. Please let us know your specific needs when you place your order...we can usually accommodate most schedules.
The Long Story: Some projects such as our handpainted wood signs can be produced in as little as two days. Some graphic design work can be completed in 24 hours. As well, some larger commercial signs can take weeks or months. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet your most stringent needs.
What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have designed your project accurately and that everything is positioned according to your specifications. Basically, we want you to know what you're going to get, without surprises at completion time.We will produce a proof which will be sent to you online or printed on paper and can be delivered to you in person or viewed in our Shoppe. Even if you provide digital or hardcopy art for your project, we will still produce a proof for your approval, as it applies to your unique project. We will proceed only when you have approved your proof for production.
Can I come to your shop to choose material for my sign project?
Absolutely. We have a large selection of reclaimed wood and other sign materials, and you are welcome to give us a call and set up a time to come and choose the material that best suits your project. You may also provide your own material.
